DGD2003S8, DGD2005S8 and DGD2012S8 are 200V gate drivers covering half-bridge and high-side/low-side topologies, and are packaged in standard low-side so-8 packages.These devices have interface isolation level offset technology to create floating channel high side drivers for bootstrap topologies operating at up to 200V and to drive two N channel MOSFET using a half-bridge configuration.

All devices in this series have standard TTL/CMOS logic inputs that contain Schmitt triggers and operate at a minimum of 3.3v, making it easy to connect drivers to control circuits.The output is designed to withstand negative transients and includes undervoltage locking for both high and low side drives.

The DGD2003S8 and DGD2005S8 have source and drain currents of 290mA and 600mA respectively, and the DGD2012S8 are 1.9a and 2.3a, respectively. The power efficiency can be maintained within their range.DGD2003S8 has a fixed 420ns internal stagnation time, while DGD2005S8 has a maximum propagation time of 30ns when switching between the high side and the low side.

DGD2003S8, DGD2005S8 and DGD2012S8 are provided SO - 8 encapsulation, and can be in to 40 ° C to + 125 ° C in a wide temperature range of operation.
