Trinobjective launches TMC6200.

This chip is a new type of high voltage gate driver, which can detect motor current online. Using external MOSFET, it can drive BLDC motor up to 100A and PMSM servo motor TMC6200, using six external MOSFET and two or three inductive resistors.

It integrates all high PMSM drive system voltage part of 12V, 24V or 48V, including direct current programmable amplifier amplification.It can drive a wide range of electric motors from watts to kilowatts.Software-controlled drive intensity allows EME optimization within the system.

Safety features such as rapid detection and overtemperature thresholds come with SPI interfaces for diagnostics allowing robust and reliable designs.

As with the TMC6200, a minimum number of external components need to be built for rugged drives, complete protection and diagnostics.
